NX250 Terms & Conditions – Complete User Guide Malaysian Gaming Platform

The nx250 platform is only available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering an nx250 account, you confirm that you fully satisfy each of these criteria:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. NX250 does not permit underage individuals to use this platform under any circumstances.
• You are a Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident living in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• You are registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business or professional entity.
• You are only permitted to hold one (1) nx250 account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
• The information you provide during registration — including your full name, phone number and payment details — must be accurate, current and truthful. Any false information provided may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

Nx250 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. nx250's decision regarding member eligibility is final in all matters. Registration is free of charge and no fees are imposed for opening an nx250 account.

All financial transactions on the nx250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). nx250 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. The deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by nx250 are as follows:

• E-wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant transfer: DuitNow
• FPX (Online Banking): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks

Deposit: The minimum deposit at NX250 is RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum daily deposit limit for regular members, though limits may vary based on membership tier and the payment method selected. Deposits are credited to your nx250 account in under 1 minute upon confirmation from the payment processor. nx250 does not charge any fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for regular members and under 5 minutes for NX250 VIP members. Nx250 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and existing members. All nx250 bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms:

• Every nx250 bonus comes with clearly stated wagering requirements. These must be met before any winnings derived from bonus credits can be withdrawn.
• The NX250 welcome bonus is only available to members registering for the first time and making their initial deposit. Members found to have created multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly will have their accounts terminated immediately.
• Nx250 bonus credits cannot be transferred to another account or converted directly into cash — they must first be used for gameplay in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• The validity period of each nx250 bonus is as stated in the specific terms of that bonus. Any bonus not used within the stipulated period will expire automatically.

In the event of any conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall apply for the duration of that promotion only.

• Use of false or fraudulent identity information during registration
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of vulnerabilities in the nx250 system
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Threats, verbal abuse, or inappropriate behaviour directed at nx250 staff or other members

If your NX250 account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the nature of the violation. NX250 will notify you of the reason for termination via email within 48 hours of the decision, except in cases where doing so could compromise an ongoing investigation.
